Golden Compass.

Last Friday Sarah, Jess, Mum and myself went to see The Golden Compass. I thought it was pretty good, got a bit boring at parts (probably 'coz I wanted to go home and read my book! lol) buuut I like the whole daemon thing. Kinda cool. I did that quiz thing on the website aaand, well the first time I did it I got a lion, but the internet was being an ass and it wouldn't let me e-mail the code... and I ended up with Nithreus the Lynx :3.

Aaand it was Sarah's 19th birthday on Saturday. We got her a nice pair of Pink Sapphire earings which she liked c:. Hope you had an awesome day/night, Sarah! :D

Oh and I read the Twilight series again... okay, I admit. It's kinda awesome lol. Better the second time, 'coz I was kinda prejudiced (notHarryPotterwhat? :o) the first time 'round haha. I was gonna write all this stuff about it but, meh. Who wants to hear it, anyway? xD Blarg, hurry up and write the next book/ make the movie! *twitchtwitch*. And omg I have that The Little Things Give You Away by Linkin Park song stuck in my head. It's been playing non-stop in my brain since I finished the last book! The first time I read through the last book and I kind of focused back on what was going on around me, I heard the song playing in the spare room. So whenever I hear that song, it reminds me of the book/Jacob lol.

Blah... I need to get out more. I've been sitting on my butt too much reading those books. Damn you, Edward. Damn you! :P

Yeah... just felt like writing a blog 'coz I'm bored. Hrm. *Wanders off*

Twilight.

Okay, so on Friday Mum went to the library (and got her usual half a dozen books, or something lol) and she bought all three books in the Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer, too (they don't have them at the library)! :o So yeah... I finished reading them yesterday afternoon hehe. I thought it was pretty good at the beginning, then it started to get all mushy and blarggg... (oh yeah, romance novel lol) and the second book got a bit slow in parts... but by the end of the third one I was all "...what? That's it? That's not an ending *I want moarrr*! :c". So then I found the authors website and found out that there's still two more books coming out. W00t! xD One's the next in the series, and the other's a companion book or something... a version of the first book, but from the vampires point of view, instead of the girl's. I've read the rough draft of the first chapter on that website, and it sounds pretty interesting hehe. Andanddd the movie! I so lol'd when I found out that Robert Pattinson (Cedric from the Harry Potter movies) is gonna be Edward hehe! I found out before I read the books, so I was trying to imagine him as Edward while I was reading the books haha. And that chick from Zathura is gonna be Bella, the leading lady. Both of 'em look good to me! c: Can't wait to see the movie now Cx. Hmm I'll write more (psh, more!? D:) about the books when I've read them again lol (if anyone wants to hear about them xD).

Man, I had a whole lot of deviations and messages to check on Deviantart, 'coz I hadn't been on there in like, five days haha. Oops. Finished looking at the deviations, just gotta check my messages... feh, I'll do it tomorrow :P.

Oh yeah, on Saturday Jess, Jodie and myself went to see 27 Dresses, which was pretty funny! And mushy, augh lol. I can't help but roll my eyes/stick my tongue out at lovey-dovey moments haha.

Blah, I'll stop blabbing now haha. I'm waiting for Jess to finish reading Twilight so I can read it again xD.

The Haps'

Herro! Thought I'd update this thing, so...

Last Wednesday Jess and I went to Rundle Mall with Jodie, which was fun c:. Dad drove us in, and we took the train on the way back. Shin Tokyo was having a sale, but it was for member only (which I don't think was mentioned in the e-mail, was it? xD) so Jess signed up so we could get the two CDs for $25 deal thing. We got Chobits Soundtrack 001 and FFX-2 Paino Collection. We saw Daniel on the way out from Shin Tokyo, too :P. Thennn walked around Rundle Mall for a bit, had some lunch... and Jodie and myself got some cool jewelery from Jay Jays, 50% off :o lol. Oh and we got Chris Browns' album hehe. Jodie came over afterwards, and she ended up sleeping over, too xD. Flicked through some old back up discs and played Mario Party 8 on the Wii. Day after we played Project Zero 3 :o! I played for, like, the first couple or minutes or something then I let Jodie take over haha *lolscarygame* I kinda forgot how creepy it was lol :|.

Ummm and Saturday Mum, Dad, Jess, Jodie and myself went to see I Am Legend... which was okay, I guess haha. Ohhh I wanna go see Golden Compass, The Water Horse, 27 Dresses, and Jumper, when it comes out too *loves going to the cinema*:P.

...and... Friday (I hope I have the days right lol) we went down to Tea Tree Plus and had a mooch around there (mainly Toys 'R Us teehee!) then went to Designer Direct (lolsale yesyes) on the way home. Spent some time in there deciding what to get xD. Jess and I ending up getting the same quilt cover as the one Mum was getting, which was called "Osaka Burgundy" or something hehe. Niiiice.

Oh today we went for a drive down to Semaphore. Omg Jess drove down there hehe. Yay! *claps* :P. Not long to go now! Cx

Yeah... I think that's about it c:. Oh yeah, I drew a horsey here lol .

Was gonna go to Tamika's party last night but she canceled at the last minute. Augh! Soo Sarah came over (she was supposed to be going, too :P) and we just hung out and had a few drinkies.

Okay, one new years resolution: get a job haha. And maaan, I'm gonna be 20 this year :|.

Bring it on, '08! Lol.
